76% believe they are not not subscribed to their automaker’s connected services.
Adoption of connected services remains low because drivers are not willing to pay for a subscription, unsatisfied with the features in a subscription, or are unaware of their automaker’s connected services offerings.
67% of subscribers would pay more for a subscription to access additional features
Those who do end up subscribing to their connected services are optimistic and satisfied about the state of vehicle connectivity. In fact, these drivers actively engage with connected car applications outside of their automaker’s branded app.
